Data Processing & Technical Management
We offer every customer the ability to take their current customer database and convert it into a mailing list. We run this list through most advanced mailing software to ensure that each piece mailed is going to the most accurate address for that customer. We are able to build and create specific geographical mailing lists to assist our clients with targeting the right demographics for their business. We are experienced with the most common databases such as MS Excel and Access, IOS Numbers and Sheets, accounting software and databases such as Peachtree or QuickBooks. Creating an accurate mailing list reduces return or undeliverable mail pieces, and increases fast, and efficient delivery at the most competitive postage rates for each piece.
Direct Mail Marketing
There is a process of getting a phenomenal marketing idea into the hands of potential customers, and this is where we come in. A lot of our clients already have postcards, brochures, calendars, catalogs, and even newsletters that they are currently using, and we assist them with getting those pieces in the mail to their potential customers. We not only have the knowledge, but we have the expertise of mail requirements and regulations. We consult with our clients on the standards of size and weight on products to get the best price possible on delivering each piece. We use this expertise to ensure that each piece of mail is deliverable.
Production & Distribution
We recognize that most of our clients need to focus on their business, so we have the latest equipment and warehouse facilities to manage the entire mailing process. We take pride in each piece that is printed in-house or delivered from another vendor. We offer ink jetting and standard USPS labeling of mailable pieces in order to ensure that our customer’s mailing meets the USPS requirements for delivery. Our staff will sort, match, collate, fold, and insert each piece into envelopes. We offer the most quality products available for the best finished product. Our clients deserve premium products to accompany the high level of service that we provide.
Postal Management & Logistics
The USPS is a federal agency that handles the mail for people all over the country. While they are people friendly and offer great customer service, bulk mail is big business and has to be handled with specific guidelines in mind. We don’t expect our clients to know this, but we are here to assist them in this process. Bulk mail has to be delivered in specified ways to the Post Office in order to be processed. We have the warehouse and equipment to tray, sleeve, tag, and palletize each Bulk Mailing project for this process. We will deliver pallets to their respective distribution centers to reduce the amount of time for final delivery. While this may seem to be tedious in nature, its necessary for fast delivery and the best service for the best price.
Fulfillment & Finishing Handwork
It is rare that we have two jobs that are processed the same way. We handle each of our client’s mailing with special care and attention. Some mailings are able to be processed entirely by machine, but others require physical handling. We take pride in each piece that it handled in our warehouse. We are willing to take the necessary time and effort to prepare these products for our customers. We offer warehouse and staging of some products for our customers at a low cost. We have a dedicated team of people that will prepare products for seasonal and conference distribution. We also offer order pulling, packing, and shipping of products for clients that don’t have the facilities.
